Change audio to text using Google Docs. Google updates the Docs office application, which is integrated with the Google Drive service. In this latest update, the application comes with a variety of interesting features. One interesting feature is Voice Typing.
Yes, as the name implies, users can now type only by using voice (dictation). That is, the sound that is spoken will be directly fertilized into text or writing.
To use this feature, users only need to click the Tools menu, then click Voice Typing. After that, the user can immediately say the words the system wants to type.
Interestingly, the system from Google Docs has recognized a variety of languages. There are a total of 40 languages supported.
When iSoftware123 tries it, the system is able to change the sound that is pronounced quite well. Errors that occur are quite rare. "Voice Typing is available in more than 40 languages, so we can help you with French PR. Voila," Google wrote.
Another interesting feature is called Research. Using these features, users can search directly from Google Docs. That is, users no longer need to switch applications to Google Search services to do so.
The search results can also be directly entered into Google Docs. You only need to type the keyword you want to search, then select the image that will be entered into Google Docs by pressing the Insert button. Automatically the image will be entered in the document that is done.
The Insert feature also applies to words. The user just needs to block the desired word, then press the Insert button. These words will automatically be entered into the document.
The Research button itself can be found on the Tools menu. "You can do a search without leaving the Docs, and when you find quotes, facts or images, you can add them (to the document) with just a few touches," Google said.
This update itself can be found on the Google Drive desktop version and Android-based devices.
